Description

Titanium Evaporation Materials Description

Titanium is a silvery-white transition metal characterized by lightweight, high strength and metallic luster. There are 13 known isotopes of titanium, including titanium-41 to titanium-53. Among them, there are five stable isotopes of titanium: titanium-46, titanium-47, titanium-48, titanium-49, and titanium-50, and the rest of the isotopes are radioactive. The most common compound of titanium is titanium dioxide (TiO2), which is used to make white pigments. Other compounds include titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) (used as a catalyst and used to make smoke screens for air cover) and titanium trichloride (TiCl3) (used to catalyze the production of polypropylene).

High purity evaporation materials play a huge role in deposition processes to ensure high-quality deposited film. Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) specializes in producing up to 99.995% purity titanium evaporation materials using quality assurance processes to guarantee product reliability.
