The composition of spherical TC11 titanium-based powder is Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si, which belongs to (α+β) type titanium alloy and has good comprehensive mechanical and mechanical properties. TC11 titanium alloy has excellent corrosion resistance. The phase transfer temperature is 998-1120 ℃. It has a series of advantages such as low density, high specific strength and good toughness and weldability. It has been applied in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automotive, pharmaceutical and other sectors.
The powder can be used in a variety of metal 3D printers including Renishow, EOS, ConceptLaser, SLM, 3Dsystems, Arcam and more.
