Our optical grade undoped Czochralski grew Potassium Chloride Crystal Substrates with high optical homogeneity excluding central core of crystal boules, without visible striae with shadowgraph, inclusions and bubbles.
Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bromide single-crystal uniform texture and transparent, has a high infrared transmittance, the transmittance greater than 90% when thickness less 10mm and in the range of 4000-500cm-1, no impurity absorption. Potassium chloride crystal substrates can be used a laser window material, and the optical performance is excellent.
