StanStanford Advanced Materials (SAM) can offer a variety size of NdGaO3 Neodymium Gallium Oxide Crystal Substrates. We have a professional sales team to offer a fast response within 24 hours and warm service.
NdGaO3 Neodymium Gallium Oxide Crystal Substrate is a new type of substrate developed in the past decade. It is mainly used as a substrate for the growth of epitaxial films of high-temperature superconductors (such as YBCO) and magnetic materials. Because the lattice mismatch between NdGaO3 and YBCO is small (- 0.27%) and there is no structural phase transition, a thin film of good quality can be epitaxially grown on the NdGaO3 Substrate.
