Bismuth telluride evaporation materials are used in deposition processes including semiconductor deposition, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and physical vapor deposition (PVD), and mainly for optics including wear protection, decorative coatings, and displays.
Our bismuth telluride evaporation pellets are carefully packaged in a plastic vacuum bag to prevent damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition. Also, the COA of the raw material would be packaged with the product.
Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) specializes in producing high-purity bismuth telluride evaporation materials with high quality for use in semiconductors, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD) displays, and optical applications. The unique synergy between our engineering, manufacturing, and analytical teams has allowed us to produce industry-leading evaporation materials. Get an inquiry right now.

Seems like good quality, although I don't have any prior experience with Bismuth Telluride Evaporation Materials.
I needed it to build something I was learning about, and it works great for that purpose 🙂
It is important to have high purity if you want to make bismuth crystals.
